Well,
I'm a big Steve Martin fan, huge actually, and I have no excuse for
this one. I could blame it on the money that they paid him to play Clouseau,
but in actuality...he co-wrote this excuse for a movie. Yes, it's funny
if you've never seen a movie in your life, but if you have, it's nowhere
close to funny. It'd be more entertaining to watch an hour and a half
of America's Funniest Home Videos with nothing but guys getting kicked/hit
in the nuts. I haven't seen the "classic" that this is a remake
of in over 20 years, so I don't remember whether or not the original
was actually genius or not, but this one, isn't. Stay far away, please.
Your 5 year old kids MIGHT like it, but then again, they might not.
Totally skipable and not even worth your time on cable.
